Reservations and Damage Deposit:

1.    Inventory availability is not guaranteed until first half payment is received.

2.    Second half payment to be paid no later than 30 days prior to event date.

 

3.    Damage Deposit is secured by a credit or debit card at the time of the rental reservation. We keep the card number on file until after the damaged or missing items are verified. You will be contacted within 10 business days after the pickup of the equipment regarding any damaged or missing items. If there are damaged or missing items, we will charge the card on file. Any missing or damaged items will be charged at replacement cost. (see schedule below)

Rental Period:

 

The rental period is typically per 24 hours with an allowance for delivery and pick-up on either side of the event date. Please inquire about rental periods that exceed the typical rental period.

 

Cancellation Policy:

 

Final rental numbers are due with the second payment 30 days prior to the event date. Cancellations made after the second payment date will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days of the event date will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

 

Delivery and Pick-up:

 

1. Free delivery & pickup within a 20 mile radius on orders of $400 or more of rental items from our equipment location in N. Wenatchee. 

2.For some items you do have the option to pick-up and return the items yourself. 

3.Delivery and pickup  fees are calculated at $0.50/per mile based on 2 round trips. A minimum charge of $10.00 may apply to your order. Delivery and pickup will be itemized on your agreement.

 

4.  All rental items will be delivered to a conveniently located ground floor location. The items will be picked up from this same location. For delivery to or pick up from beyond this location extra charges may be applied.

5.  Delivery and pick up does not include setup or tear-down. This service is available, please ask!

 

Equipment Care:

1. You are responsible for all damaged or missing items you rent from Bumfields Party Rental and Supply including but not limited to damage caused by rain.(Standing on the chairs will damage the seats and hot pans will damage plastic table tops.)

2.  All equipment is delivered and ready to use.

 3. Non dishware should be returned to the delivery/pickup location in clean and wiped off condition. We do the dishes.

4.    Dishware should be scraped free of food and returned to the original packaging.

5.    A cleaning fee may be assessed against the damage deposit for overly dirty items.
